Email Marketing with CleverReach
Specialized in target group-oriented marketing campaigns, CleverReach effectively supports you in the successful implementation of e-mail marketing campaigns. The CleverReach plugin of Wice CRM connects both systems with each other. This way you can easily transfer address lists from Wice CRM to CleverReach, perform a mailing there and view the results in Wice CRM.
Please note that to use the CleverReach plugin from Wice CRM, you need to have access to CleverReach.
Configure the CleverReach plugin
Wenn Sie das CleverReach-Plugin erstmalig in Wice CRM aufrufen, werden Sie aufgefordert, die Authentifizierung zu starten. Bitte geben Sie Ihre gültigen Zugangsdaten in der Maske von CleverReach ein. In Wice CRM werden keine Zugangsdaten gespeichert, sondern ein Token von CleverReach. Sie können diese Daten auch jederzeit manuell im Menu “Konfiguration” des Plugins ändern.
Active Mailinglists
After successful authentication, you will see an overview of CleverReach’s current mailing lists every time you enter the plugin.

Transfer new mailingslist to CleverReach
You can easily transfer an address list to CleverReach. To do this, click on “Transfer new mailing list to CR”.

You will see the subscribers of the address list and so you can then click on “Transfer subscriber list” so that the subscribers are transferred. Note: If this mailing list is already created in CleverReach, participants added in CleverReach will be overwritten.

Click on a specific mailing list in the overview of active mailings and you will be taken to the detailed view.

In this view you will then see the mailing list subscribers and important data such as open rate and click rate. Please refer to the CleverReach help pages for an explanation of each data.
Update subscribers of a mailing list
In this view, click on “Update subscriber list in CleverReach” to resend the address list from Wice CRM to CleverReach to update the data there. You will then come to the familiar screen with the participants of the Wice address list. If you then click on the button “Transfer subscriber list”, the data will be transferred to CleverReach.

If you click on the e-mail address of a subscriber in the detailed view of a mailing list, you will be taken to the detailed view of this subscriber.

Am unteren Ende sehen Sie die Events, die CleverReach für diesen Kontakt erzeugt hat, z. B. wann dieser ein Mailing geöffnet hat.
Mailing history of a mailing
If you have used a mailing list in CleverReach for a mailing, then you can see the last mailings in the menu item “Mailing history” under “Actions”.

You can see the most important data of the mailings here in a clear table. Please refer to the CleverReach help pages for an explanation of the individual data.
Click on the mail ID and you can view the specific mailing as it was sent to this list.
